Memorial Day is behind us, and summer is here (or nearly here). For many people summer means a change of pace. Maybe you’ll take a vacation, maybe you’re home with your school-aged kids, maybe you get to do more in the outdoors. Maybe you have traditions, like a summer reading list or a certain cake you’ll make for the 4th of July, or going to visit Grandma & Grandpa.
My family invested in camping gear last year so we’re building a tradition of car camping around Wisconsin lakes in the summer. I’m looking forward to taking my kids to the beach, eating more berries, melons, and salads, and working on my list of projects.
What do you look forward to this summer? What summer traditions do you love?
