2. Thank you for sharing this important article that points out the damage to women as a result of this teaching. To make matters worse, because the polygamy teaching is believed by Church members to be an eternal principle, it can result in emotional damage even without the physical component. For a Church that does so much good, I’m always left wondering how we can justify something this bad.
