Thanks for putting this up, Mraynes. I looked at every one of the 107 pictures in the slideshow. Trying not to get too teary as I think of all these brave souls articulating that which is taboo in our culture to articulate. I wish I could have been there.
Thank you for putting this together. It’s so heartening to read them all. My daughter Sharon was there representing our family. My husband and I followed the tweets and Sharon’s FB comments as we ate our dinner. What a wonderful group of women!

My thoughts on the Ordain Woman movement…
I’m getting mixed messages from your views on Ordain Women. First you state, “I hanker for Zion. One heart, one mind, no poor among us…” But your concluding remarks seem to disagree with this sentiment:
“When and if these sisters raise a righteous, whole, and healthy family of their own…then and only then will I pause in my own beliefs to consider some of the arguments presented.
And until that happens?
Mind your own beeswax and stop insulting and distracting from the most sacred weekend our family enjoys together every six months as we bask in the sweet spirit of General Conference.”
I don’t know that we share the same understanding of Zion.
Many of these sisters and brothers are raising, and have raised, their own families. Ordain Women was an integral part of deepening my conference experience this weekend. If this group, which has been derided by the Church, as an insignificant minority, has so much power as to detract from your worship, I suggest you refocus.
I sat through Elder Oakes talk in out local chapel. Now I’ve got more questions, which are going to require a fair bit of research 🙂
Good job ladies. You should be glad you were in Salt Lake City – we had snow all day Friday, and the chapel parking lot was, well, rather white. I suspect you were a lot warmer than I was.
Oh, and I followed everyone on Twitter.

Thank you so much for compiling this! In a group of 500 people, it is impossible for one person to see every interesting interaction, and it was great to see moments I missed.
