- Among the tidbits in a New York Times comparison of Census data: In 1970, 33,000 men and 2,000 women earned professional degrees; in 2004, the numbers were 42,000 men and 41,000 women.
- I’m looking forward to reading the results of Taryn’s “Women in the Ensign” project.
- Just because . . . in case you missed LDS Senator Gordon’s Smith’s forceful, newsworthy comments on the Iraq War
Thank you so much for the mention, Deborah. Really I just want everybody who can to pray that we keep Z. The whole experience has been so amazing so far. I really appreciate your helping to spread the word.
Smith’s comments are interesting, but like every other person saying we should leave Iraq, he has no plan.
Im all for leaving right now if someone would propose a good plan on how to do it, but no one has yet.
At this point, his comments are just more lip service and pr attempts.
You’re welcome! I’m inspired by your devotion to your children — Z and the boys. I hope she’s yours for good!
